SFI Proudly Welcomes New Employee - March, 2001

SFI is very happy to announce the addition of Mr. Carl Olson to our staff as Motorsports Manager. Carl has an extensive career in motorsports, having served the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) for 25 years in many capacities, most recently as Vice President of Insurance-Risk Management & International Relations. In addition to the administrative positions he has held in the motorsports industry, Carl has also been the owner, co-owner and driver for several drag race and land speed teams.

Carl has had many accomplishments during his career including becoming the 1972 IHRA Top Fuel World Champion. In 1991 he was inducted into the SEMA Hall of Fame, and in 1994 he became a member of the Bonneville 200 Mile-Per-Hour Club for land speed. When Carl isn't out deep sea sport fishing, attempting land speed records or restoring vintage race cars, you can find him at home relaxing with his family.

SFI is extremely proud to have Carl as its newest employee. His experience and professionalism will prove to be invaluable to SFI as we continue our mission to provide our services to the automotive aftermarket and motorsports industries.
