SFI Supports Growth of Karting - August, 2001

SFI Foundation, Inc. actively provides services for just about every conceivable type of motor sport in the world. Our newest involvement is with one of the fastest growing segments in the motorsports world, kart racing. We are proud to be on the forefront of a new movement to organize efforts to expand the karting industry through our involvement with NAKA, the North American Karting Association. NAKA is a new trade organization formed to promote the growth of the karting industry. Carl Olson, SFI’s Motorsports Manager, retains a position on the NAKA Advisory Board. Karting is an exciting sport that appeals to all levels of participants, from the casual weekend hobbyist to the professional karting racer.
